The Undoing Project Michael Lewis
Behavioural finance is a fascinating topic that combines psychology and finance. Michael Lewis’ book covers the friendship of Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky who did groundbreaking work in discovering various behavioural biases. We also recommend Kahneman’s Thinking Fast and Slow, but Lewis’ book is a lighter read and covers most of the same topics at a higher level. The chapter on how the NBA team Houston Rockets selected players provided very useful ideas on how to assess investment managers.
