We have enjoyed reading the Behavioural Investment blog from Joe Wiggins for years.
The book similarly provides thoughtful advice and ideas on manager selection and decision making. We especially enjoyed the chapters Great Stories Make for Awful Investments, Past Performance is a Terrible Way to Select a Fund and A Long Time Horizon is a Fund Investor’s Greatest Advantage.
The chapter Incentives of Assets Managers are not Aligned with Their Investors provoked the most discussion in our book club meeting given the difficulty in designing a flawless fee structure.
