Making Decisions by Ed Smith
Although most of our team members are not very familiar with cricket, this book thought us that there are a lot of similarities in selecting players for a cricket team and making manager selection decisions. As in almost all fields, the most important thing is to focus on the process. In Smith’s case it led to great outcomes when he was the Chief Selector for England cricket.
