Influence by Robert Cialdini
This book was among the ones most often recommended by the late Charlie Munger. He was so impressed with the book that he even gave Cialdini one Berkshire Hathaway Class A share! The book covers “weapons of influence” which include reciprocation, social proof and scarcity. Being aware of these has been helpful to us given that in our roles we constantly meet with people trying to “sell” us investment products.
