Stock pickers have numerous great books to learn from, including the ones from Ben Graham, Peter Lynch and Pulak Prasad. Only a few books have been written about manager selection and the one from former fund of hedge funds manager and podcast host Ted Seides is among the best. Based on the interviews Seides has held on the podcast, the book contains insights into how some of the most successful endowments allocate capital, great practical advice on how to conduct manager meetings and how to improve decision making.
